Ultralydklinikken was Denmark’s first private clinic for pregnant and expectant parents. Since opening in 2000, we have focused on combining high professional standards with warmth and personal care – and that remains our core value today.

Pernille Sauer
Midwife and sonographer. Owner of Ultralydklinikken for Gravide.
I am a midwife with many years of experience from the maternity ward at Rigshospitalet. I am a trained sonographer and certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation. I also work as a sonographer at a regional hospital. You can meet me at the clinic for scans, consultations, and midwifery services. I look forward to providing you with a safe and positive experience.
Kathrine Birch
Gynecologist and fertility specialist. Owner of Ultralydklinikken for Gravide.
I have been a specialist in gynecology, obstetrics, and fertility since 2013. I earned my PhD at Rigshospitalet on assessing egg reserve and fertility. Previously, I was head of the fertility department in Region Zealand and director of a private fertility clinic chain. I now run my own gynecological practice in Copenhagen. At the clinic, you can meet me for early scans and the “Know Your Egg Reserve” program.
Stine Weirum
Midwife and sonographer.
I qualified as a midwife in 2013 and have since worked in both the delivery ward and the postnatal ward, gaining broad experience with pregnancy care, childbirth, and early postpartum care. In recent years, I have worked as a sonographer at a hospital in the Capital Region, performing pregnancy scans. I am certified in nuchal translucency scans by the Fetal Medicine Foundation in London.
Vibeke Berg
Midwife and sonographer.
I am an experienced sonographer and have worked at Ultralydklinikken for Gravide since 2012. I qualified as a midwife in 1998 and have over 20 years of experience in ultrasound scanning – in hospitals, fertility clinics, and gynecological practices. I perform all types of scans offered at the clinic and also provide guidance on genetic testing. I am certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation in nuchal translucency and anomaly scans.
Helle Zingenberg
Specialist in Fetal Medicine.
I have been with Ultralydklinikken for Gravide since 2006 and have many years of experience as a chief consultant at Herlev Hospital. I have extensive expertise in ultrasound scans, including nuchal translucency and anomaly scans, and I am certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation. I also perform 3D/4D scans and provide counseling to parents regarding genetic conditions. I am a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics.
Aisha Rasool
Sonographer.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences (Radiography) and advanced training in Ultrasound (Obstetrics and Gynecology) from ASUM. I am certified in nuchal translucency scans by the FMF and have over 12 years of experience in obstetric and gynecological scanning, including early scans, gender scans, anomaly scans, growth scans, and 3D/4D scans. It is important to me that women feel safe and well-informed.
Benedicte Stavnstrup
Nurse and sonographer.
I have been with Ultralydklinikken for Gravide since 2014 and also work at the Ultrasound Clinic at Rigshospitalet. I have over 25 years of experience in pregnancy scans and am certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation in nuchal translucency and anomaly scans. I am highly experienced in all types of scans throughout pregnancy and also provide counseling on genetic testing.
